Steve is a quality focused Workplace Delivery Strategist with over 30 years of experience in organisations, such as Barclays, Credit Suisse and Royal Bank of Scotland. In his career, Steve has led large workplace transformation programmes and has worked closely with Microsoft and Citrix to support their development of products in line with industry needs.

Adrian is a delivery focused Workplace expert with over 20 years of experience in organisations, such as Merrill Lynch, Royal Bank of Scotland, HSBC and Royal Bank of Canada, as well as consulting for Accenture. He has also working with clients in the Communications, Technology and Pharmaceutical sectors. In his career, Adrian has delivered critical workplace transformations. He has led large internal and external teams, specialising in niche insourcing and divestment programmes.
