FIVE STEPS TO START YOUR JOURNEY

Make contact with us either directly or through your third party. We will arrange a meeting and draw up a high-level (one page) work profile. This will play back your requirements and discuss our initial thoughts. If you would like to proceed, we will write a more detailed statement of work (SOW) for your approval.

FIXED PRICE OR TIME AND MATERIAL

We can operate either a Fixed Price or Time and Material (T&M) contract. Our clients often prefer a combination of the two.

FIXED PRICE

You have more control over costs, deliverables and dates. The SOW will list all work to be done, together with completion and payment milestones.

TIME & MATERIALS

You have more flexibility. In effect, you are buying days of work from a consultant.

WORKING THROUGH THIRD PARTIES

We are happy to work either directly or through third parties. Occasionally clients will work through third parties, because they are on a Preferred Supplier List or have an existing Master Services Agreement. If you put us in contact with your third party, then we will work with them to ensure your requirements are met.
